This week we will be learning about owls. It is a review week for spelling words, and there will be no books (in the baggies) sent home. Red folders will still be sent home on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thanks you for taking the time to read with your child. They are doing awesome, and making lots of progress.
Don't forget McTeacher Night at the Chubbuck McDonalds on Wednesday. The second grade teachers will be there from 5:30-6:00, but you are welcome to come anytime between 5-7. During this time 20% of the sales for the night will go toward supplies for our classrooms.
A reflections note is going home today (Monday). If your child is interested in doing a reflections project, please look it over. More information is available at the Ellis website.
Please take a minute to check out the new Infinite Campus parent portal. It is a great way to access information about your child's absences, lunch account, and important notes from the school.
